1. Click on the "Sign Up for Auto-Pay" button below. 

2. This will take you to the payment processing screen.

3. Enter your 12-digit Customer ID number under the "View Your Account" option. Important: Do not choose "Pay Your Bill" here.

4. On the next screen, choose the Auto-Pay option to get set up.
